Annual System Testing: Each earth installation and the fully connected system will be electronically tested for resistance to the ground. If below the specified 10 Ohms maximum, a Certificate of Compliance will be issued. For single mast and part systems, the certificate will cover earth installations only. We provide:

• A test certificate and report detailing the lightning conductor system, materials used, number of down conductors, and tape size.

Maintenance: To ensure optimal performance, we will complete any minimal remedial work during the annual test visit, saving you the cost of an additional visit. A detailed report, including photographic evidence and costings for necessary maintenance or remedial work, will be compiled. Upon satisfactory inspection, a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.

Installation: A building requires a lightning protection system designed and installed to the latest British standard (BS EN 62305:2006) to reduce the risk of damage to the structure, systems, and occupants. This should be part of your business continuity planning.

Surge Protection: To safeguard buildings, equipment, and occupants, surge protection should be included within the lightning protection system as outlined in BS EN 62305 to prevent damaging effects of transient over-voltages. This should also be part of your business continuity plan.
